Summary In one Bible story, the people needed healing for water and God granted solution by healing the water (Exodus 15:22-26). With pestilence, nations need healing. From the name ‘pandemic’ (panic and epidemic) to the focus on scientists and psychologists, many ungodly leaders direct away from the Bible and the Ultimate Solution - God. We find our own solution in Chronicles... If my people. This could be all people which is impossible unless leaders stand to inject faith into policies. People here mean believers, “who are called by my name”. If believers could humble themselves. Ain’t we supposed to be humble? Yes, but many are bloated... Me. Myself. I. = Syndrome. If we would humble ourselves and turn from wickedness, inhumanity, injustice... Many nations are built on the fraud, stealing, war including USA. Until we come into wholesome righteousness, praying could be blab as God may not hear. But, mercy speaks when we cry out in righteousness and humility. Prayer + Prayer Points Brethren, I call us as always to pray: 1. Call to Repentance Dear God call men, women and children unto yourself. Call males and females of all flesh, tongues and creed to yourself. Call us to acknowledge you as the true God. 2. Call to Loyalty Ancient of Days, help us to keep our focus on you and to never be afraid or cowed into not naming you. Help us to fly high your flag. 2. Teach us to Pray Loving Father, we do not know how to pray, we are often focused on ourselves asking only for oursleves and the peace of our homes. Teach us to pray o Lord. Teach us to reach you before we need help. Help us to make a tradition of speaking to you about our triumphs, tragedies and trials. 3. In Spirit and Truth In the middle of crisis, we often remember lamentations befor genesis or revelations (pun intended). Hep us to seek you. Nations are seeking the best scientists, America has called back from retirement a respected investigator, but except you build, the nations build in vain. Lord Jesus help us to seek you in spirit and in truth. 3. God, Forgive Us Almighty God, we recognise that our righteousness is only by grace. We ask for forgiveness of sins for us and for leaders. Nations have risen against nations as leaders play the blame game for the demonic virus killing humans in thousands, we ask for your mercy o Lord. We ask that lives will be rededicated to you. 5. Forgive Our Sins Everlasting Arms, hear our supplications and forgive our sins - omission, commission, injustice, inhumanity, impropriety; forgive us o Lord. Sins of disbelief, unbelief and partial belief, forgive us or Lord. Forgive us our trespasses as you help us to forgive those who have erred against us. 6. Heal Us Lord Great Physician, Divine Healer, heal us o Lord and we will be healed. Save us and we will be saved o Lord. By your stripes we have been made whole. Whole to worship you. Whole to glorify you. Whole in righteous living to serve you. Whole to be fruitful to the glory of your name Jesus.
