Before the hills in order stood, or earth received her frame, from everlasting, thou art God, to endless years the same. 4. A thousand ages, in thy sight, are like an evening gone; short as the watch that ends the night, before the rising sun. 5. Time, like an ever-rolling stream, bears all who breathe away; they ...

Safe and Secure Nation (2)

Caroline Akosile: Good morning brothers and sisters. It is well with us in Jesus Name.  Honestly when I started this prayer session I was discouraged looking at the myriads of Nigeria’s issues. But God encouraged me because with Him ALL things are possible. Matthew 19:26: But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Then I also remembered the blood that was shed on the cross for you and I and indeed for every Nigerian.  The blood is for the propitiation for our sins and God has said He will have mercy on us so let us ask for mercy this morning through the efficacious blood of Jesus Christ in Jesus Name. Amen Song: Nothing But the Blood of Jesus 1.  What can wash away my sin?  Nothing but the blood of Jesus; What can make me whole again?  Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Chorus Oh! precious is the flow That makes me white as snow No other fount I k...

Open now the crystal fountain, Whence the healing stream doth flow; Let the fire and cloudy pillar Lead me all my journey through. Let's thank God because we this nation Nigeria is still standing strong,  Let's thank God because he always heard us whenever we call Let's ask God for his mercy over our leaders, and over our nation, the word of the Lord says in Isaiah 59:1 that the arms of the Lord is not short that it cannot save. Let's ask God for mercy as there are so many atrocities in the Land.  Our prayers focus today is still the youths, let's tell God that the eyes of the understanding of our youths be enlightened that they may know the Lord..  Let's tell God that every satanic veil that has covered the eyes of our youths and is not making them to do the right things, let that veil be consumed by the fire of God in Jesus name. Let's bind and destroy in the name of Jesus every mechanism that ...

Banishment of Early Death (6)

Kayode Soneye:  Still on Banishment of Early Death our prayers focus today shall be on destroying the power of sickness and affliction channelled to destroy lives, aided by very poor and grossly inadequate medical facilities in Nigeria. As human beings sickness may come sometimes, but when properly attended, we recover. However these days strange sicknesses and unusual afflictions are coming up and because of the poor state of our medical institutions, incessant strike by medical personnels and high cost of medical care, many are not able to survive their illness. Glory be to God for how He quashed the spread of Ebola in Nigeria few years back, how disastrous would it have being if it was not quickly curtailed. Despite this, there are some relatively common sicknesses like malaria killing people in their hundreds every week.  In the past only old people suffer stroke but people aged less than 45 are incapacitated by stroke now a days. What of HIV, young innoc...
