Repentance and Restoration of Rebellious People (4)
Day 4
Good morning House, we praise the name of the Lord for the blessing of a new day.
We continue with our prayer focus seeking restoration for the rebellious.
Rebellious people often feel lost, insecure and angry, and are trying to discover their true identity. Rebellion could stem from disappointments, which they could be blaming God for, or their families or even the system. Often times they need a listening ear devoid of judgement.
Let us pray.

Take my Heart
Song:
He is a miracle working God
He’s a miracle working God
He’s the alpha and the omega
He’s a miracle working God
Romans 8:38-39
1. Lord Thank You for Your Word that says that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate Your people from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Isaiah 27:3
2. Father in Jesus Name, we make a demand on the power of Your love and of Your Word that stands sure, Lord watch over Your people to keep evil away from them.
3. We ask for Your counsel to stand in the life of your people- in Jesus Name.
4. The hearts of all men are in Your hands, Lord turn the hearts of Your people away from rebellion, give them Your peace and an innate desire to fulfill Your will and purpose for their lives in Jesus name.
Romans 8:14
5. Father we bring all rebellious ones before Your throne of mercy, Lord open their eyes to see Your way, teach them Lord to walk straight paths for themselves. In Jesus Name.
6. Father lead them by Your Spirit and refuse them to yield to the dictates of the flesh. In Jesus Name.
7. Father lead Your people in the way to go, guide them out of rebellion with Your eyes. (Psalm 32:8)
Jeremiah 18:4-6, 2 Corinthians 10:5
8. Father, You are the potter, the creator of all mankind, in Your power and mercy remould the lives of Your children that have been marred by any satanic agenda. Reshape and rework their hearts and minds into that which is pleasing in Your sight. In Jesus Name.
9. Father by the blood of Jesus we refuse the souls of these ones to be conformed to base thoughts, Lord change their hearts and give them a new way of thinking in Jesus name.
10. Father in Jesus Name we demolish every deceptive fantasy and thought that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God.
11. By the power of the Holy Spirit we capture every contrary thought working in them and bring it into obedience to Christ Jesus
Ezekiel 33: 11
12. Father You do not take delight in the death of the wicked, but that all should come to repentance. Lord we ask that You lift the veil from the eyes of all who are rebellious - Lord convict them and bring them to the knowledge of You.
13. Father restore them oh Lord, give them a heart that hungers after righteousness, help them to trust You and grow in faith. In Jesus Name
Jeremiah 31:16-17 TLB
But the Lord says: Don't cry any longer, for I have heard your prayers and you will see them again; they will come back to you from the distant land of the enemy. There is hope for your future, says the Lord, and your children will come again to their own land.
14. Father in Your mercy place people in their lives who would encourage and be a blessing to them, rather than being critical and judgmental.
15. Dear Lord take out every stony heart from them and give them a heart of flesh that is receptive and yielded to Your will and accepting of the love extended to them.
16. Father no matter how long they’ve been entrapped by the spirit of rebellion, we refuse to give up on these ones: we stand upon Your Word and declare that these ones belong to God and they shall return to their own borders in Jesus Name.
17. We ask that You Preserve them oh Lord, even when they have wandered off course. Holy Spirit draw them back to God in Jesus Name.
18. Father we pray for homes dealing with rebellious ones- lord give them the grace to be led by the Spirit and help them to be able to give room as the father of the prodigal son did- for their loved ones to “come back from the distant land of the enemy.” in Jesus Name.
