Repentance and Restoration of Rebellious People (2)

Day 2

Good morning brethren. 

Rebellion often stems from self righteousness disguised in religion. Rebellion can also be as a result of being exposed to bad examples in the home or society. Lots of people are maladjusted and can end up acting out their frustration; It is often a cry for help masked in rebellion. Rebellion is also a product of over indulgence that has bred a sense of entitlement “why can’t I have what I want? I must have it by any means”. 

Let us pray.

1. Lets bless the name of the Lord for the privilege of His breath in us. 

2. For His protection and provision, let’s give Him praise. 

Acts 15:18 
“Known to God from eternity are all His works".
Our Father is the Master of the universe, He can never be blindsided

3. Let’s ask the  Lord to, use this pandemic to pave the way for global repentance and spiritual renewal. 

God has a plan and purpose for every one of His people and we thank God because that plan is good (Jeremiah 29:11). 

No one can say something and make it happen unless the Lord commands it. (Lamentation 3:37). 

4. Let’s thank God for the blood of Jesus that He has used to establish the freedom of His people. (Zechariah 9:11) 

Romans 12:2
5. Pray that our Father in Jesus Name, will visit every home, and community and change every wrong culture and orientation by His mighty hand. 

6. Ask God to open the eyes and hearts of His people to see what darkness they are living in and to understand the difference between right and wrong. 

7. Pray that the Lord will send  His labourers into the lives of His people so that their hearts would turn to God.

8. Pray that the Holy Spirit should search the heart of His people, especially believers and open their eyes to every hidden iniquity. 

9. Ask the Lord to unveil the hearts of His children and remove every shade of hypocrisy. 

10. Holy Spirit lead Your people to fill their minds with the truths of Your Word in Jesus Name. 

11. Ask the Lord to Show them clearly the sin they are living in. That God should Help them to make wise choices. 

12. Let’s ask the Holy Spirit to uncover any area of rebellion in the hearts of those responsible for the care of others - parents, church leaders, guardians etc. 

13. We ask in Jesus Name that You clean up every area of their spiritual lives, and close every door of evil that rebellion has opened in their lives, and the lives of those given to rebellion in Jesus Name. 

14. Ask for a heart of repentance for anyone caught in rebellion.

15. Ask the Lord to help His  people  to listen to His Word, and to treasure His commands. 

16. Pray that God will look on the blood of Jesus and Tune their ears to wisdom

17. Let’s yoke all those walking in rebellion to God. 

18. Ask God to Convict them of sin, righteousness and of judgement. In Jesus Name.
