Hymn: On Christ the Solid Rock

1. My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus' name.

Refrain: On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand; all other ground is sinking sand.

2. When Darkness veils his lovely face, I rest on his unchanging grace. in every high and stormy gale, my anchor holds within the veil. (Refrain)

3. His oath, his covenant, his blood supports me in the whelming flood. When all around my soul gives way, he then is all my hope and stay. (Refrain)

4. When he shall come with trumpet sound, O may I then in him be found! Dressed in his righteousness alone, faultless to stand before the throne! (Refrain)

Isaiah 41:10-11 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.

Father thank You because you have answered our prayers and given us hope in you. We will not fear and you will remove all forms of insecurity from our nation in Jesus name.

Let us pray for the right people at the right places in the energy sector both oil and gas for us the nation to maximally benefit from the natural resources that the Lord has given us in Jesus Name.

Let us pray that oil theft will stop physically, in the offices and virtually in Jesus Name.

Let us also pray that oil revenue and in fact all the revenues accrued to the Nigerian nation will be used judiciously for our wellbeing and to the glory of God in Jesus Name. Amen.

Foluke Irukera: I have missed so much! By God's grace, I will scroll back and key into these prayer points posted by Mummy Akosile. The Lord shall arise over our country, Nigeria in Jesus name.
